The City marketed the former Timeless Timber Site (2200 Lake Shore Dr E) to attract development which would diversity our existing business and housing mix. This site is a prime piece of City-owned property located along a regional commercial corridor, as well as adjacent to an established residential neighborhood. To ensure the highest and best use of this property and compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood, your feedback is essential.
The City is currently gathering public input as a first step in potentially moving forward in negotiations with developers. Your comments will be reviewed and compiled by the Planning and Development Department, shared with the City Plan Commission and City Council, and will help to shape the future for this Site.
