City of Ashland Residents ONLY, Saturday June 3rd free dumpsters will be provided at four locations around the city. Residents are REQUIRED to bring a current water bill as proof of residency.
Republic Services will Provide Dumpsters at the Following Locations
- 11th Ave W. between 3rd and 5th St
- Civic Center Parking Lot - 320 4th Ave W
- Stuntz Ave behind the old Ellis Fire Station
- Public Works Facility - 2020 6th St E

- Appliances without Freon
- Non-Food Household Garbage
- Mattresses, Box Springs, Couches and Chairs
- Carpeting
Examples of Items ONLY Accepted at Republic Services Transfer Station (405 Industrial Park Rd) for a FEE
- Appliances with Freon $40
- Tires-Auto $20 and Large Truck $30
- Electronics, Fluorescent Bulbs- Prices Vary on item
- Construction/demolition material- $10/pickup; $30 single or double axel trailer
