The 2020 Census is Closer Than You Think!

The 2020 US Census is fast approaching and you're probably asking: What is the Census about? and Why is this so important?

This is not just to see who is where. It is to be as accurate as possible when determining funding for schools, roads, public works and other public programs across the States. It is to be sure representation is spread out more fairly and evenly when determining congressional and state legislative districts. And it's in the US Constitution. 

Who uses the results? As mentioned, up to $675 Billion in Federal funds is up for distribution, and we all want our fair share! Businesses and real estate developers watch the census to determine where to strategically build according to population shifts. Governments use the census for public safety and preparedness. 

In today's society, sharing your information can be scary. Be assured that by law, your responses and information cannot be shared by the Census Bureau. It is also against the law to use your responses against you in any way. Finally the Census Bureau takes every measure possible to maintain the highest level of privacy and security.
