What is curfew for juveniles in the City of Ashland?

In the City of Ashland, juveniles under the age of 13 years old must be out of businesses, public areas, and off the streets by 9:30pm, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Juveniles age 13 years old to 17 years old must be out of businesses, public areas, and off the street on all nights by 10:30pm, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Parents may be held in violation of this City Ordinance if they knowingly permit their children to be out after curfew. The State of Wisconsin regards a 17 year old citizen an adult for the purpose of all prosecution and fines.
