9.     A.  CLOSED SESSION

 

1.      Closed Session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1) (e) “Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public funds or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.” The Council may vote to return to open session to have further discussion or take action on matters discussed in closed session and may thereafter vote to return to closed session on the same topic, and may thereafter vote to go into open session and closed session regarding the same topic as many times as the Council deems necessary or convenient.     (Roll Call)  (Approval of Draft Development Agreement for Cobblestone Hotel Project) (Planning Dept.)
