Approve Resolution to Set a Public Hearing Date for the Vacation of Various Portions of Undeveloped Rights-of-Way known as: The 20’ Wide North-South Alley Right-of-Way Lying Between Lots 1 thru 13 and Lots 12 thru 24 Block 219, Ellis Division; The 66’ Wide East-West Right-of-Way Lying Between Lots 1 and 13 Block 4, and Lot 12 and 24 Block 10, Dalrymple’s Addition; The 52 ft. wide Right-of-Way lying south of the abandoned Canadian National Railway, commencing from the north west corner of Block 106 of The Replat of Lake Shore Division, westerly to the west one quarter line of Sec 34, T48N, R4W.
