Does the Ashland School District have a School Resource Officer?

In partnership with the Ashland School District, the Ashland Police Department assigns a full time officer to the Ashland Middle School. With this program, the Ashland Police Department attempts to strengthen relationships and promote citizenship by teaching students about their rights as a U.S. Citizen, the laws that govern their behavior, and the operations of the Criminal Justice System. Officers also provide a resource to students who are experiencing difficulties at home, or in the community.
