B.       Closed Session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(b) and (1)(c):  “Considering dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee of person licensed by a board or commission or the investigation of charges against such person,”  and “Considering  employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.” (Reporting to the City Council on disciplinary action taken by City Administration with regard to a City employee; not an evidentiary hearing.  The Council will not be asked to take any final action.)
