A. Approve Ordinance to Amend Chapter 922 (1488), Ashland City Ordinances, Alcoholic Beverages Regulation (Voice) (Clerk) (5 min.)

B. Action to Award Contract for the Architectural/Engineering Design of a New Police Station by Any of the Following Actions:

  1. Override the Mayoral Veto of Action Taken by Common Council on September 12, 2017 to Award Contract to MSA/Zimmerman Architects;
  2. Approval of Contract with MSA/Zimmerman Architects for the Architectural/Engineering Design of a New Police Station and Directing the City Administrator and Mayor to Execute the Required Contractual Documents
  3.
