To celebrate National Public Works Week (May 18-24), the community is invited to come celebrate the work of our Public Works employees and learn more about the scope of work they do! Come by to enjoy food trucks, family-friendly games, view equipment on display, learn more about current projects, and show your appreciation.

Food trucks at the event will include:

• Havana's Superior Cubans
• Fat Kid Foods
• Up North Kettle Corn

Other activities include:

• Big Lake Organics will be there sharing information on composting and how Public Works partners with them. They will also have giveaways to enter for a variety of composting products!
• Whittlesey Creek Wildflower Farm will be sharing information on native plants and how they can help transform your right-of-way pollinator gardens.
• Ashland Storm Mural Project - Learn more about the upcoming storm sewer mural project and check out photos from last year's artists.
• A tour of the Wastewater Treatment Plant – please sign up ahead of time by calling Chianne at 715-682-7061.
• Face painting, coloring, games, & sidewalk chalk
