Military & Overseas Absentee Voting

Military and Permanent Overseas voters (including spouses and children) have special rules and additional options for voting.  If you are a military or overseas voter, there are two methods to request a ballot: the Federal Post Card Application and MyVote WI.

Federal Post Card Application (FPCA)

A request can be made for a ballot by completing a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA). FPCAs may be obtained by eligible voters from voting assistance officers within their branch of service, a United States consulate or embassy, or the Federal Voting Assistance Program of the Department of Defense. Please make sure to sign and date this form.

MyVote WI

You may go to MyVote WI and select Military or Permanent Overseas to register and/or request a ballot.  Please follow the instructions to ensure that your ballot is counted.
