Licenses
The Clerk's Office issues various types of licenses for the City such as: Class A, B, & C Alcohol Beverage Licenses, Bartender/Server License, Tobacco and Cigarette License, Arcade License and more (complete list listed below). Licenses are regulated by the City of Ashland Ordinances and the Wisconsin State Statutes, and some require approval by the Common Council.
Applications are available by using the below links, or by contacting the Clerk's Office.
Wisconsin 2021 Act 73 implemented many changes to alcohol and tobacco licensing and law. Please refer to the above Act for more information.
